A long-term program launched in 2010 by Wella and UNICEF in collaboration with hairstylists and clients around the world, the WELLA-UNICEF MAKING WAVES program offers the gift of education to vulnerable young people in emerging countries.
Each year, WELLA and UNICEF select hairdressers from all over the world to travel to the supporting countries and share their passion and skills with vulnerable teenagers for 2 weeks.
This program is supporting UNICEF in order to provide life skills training and hairdressing education to vulnerable young people in Brazil, Romania and Vietnam. UNICEF does not endorse any brand, services, or product.
