From 1995-2001, Stephanie worked for Wella at Studio Berlin as a professional instructor and Seminar Director. She also led the inter-company apprentice training program in HBZ in Munster and in the Meisterschule. Since going freelance in 2009, she has taken on apprentices of her own. She really enjoys working with young people and recognizes all the benefits of programs like Making Waves.
